It begins with a FREE consultation to discuss what is driving your interest in coaching, who it is for (you or someone in your team), the current situation and what outcomes you are looking for.

Development coaching sessions are usually 1 hour long and the number and frequency of sessions will vary based on what you want to achieve.   Generally, we agree the number before we start and can then review progress and whether any additional sessions would be beneficial.  For example:

  • if you want to focus on a very specific/short-term objective, you may have 3-5 sessions, spread over 2 months.
  • if it involves developing longer term or behavioural goals, you may need 6+ sessions
  • or you might decide to spread regular coaching over a longer period of time to support on-going development
