Coaching is a powerful and stimulating investment in a person and their performance.

How does having development coaching start?

It begins with a FREE consultation to discuss what is driving your interest in coaching, including who it is for (i.e. you, an individual in your team or a small group), the current situation and what outcomes you are looking for.  This will enable me to recommend a tailored coaching plan to suit your needs.

How many sessions will I (or the person in my team) need?

Development coaching sessions are bespoke, so the number and frequency of coaching meetings will vary.  I offer a flexible approach based on what you want to achieve, your budget and timeframes.

For example:

  • If you want to focus on a very specific, short-term objective, you may have 3-5 sessions
  • If it involves developing longer term goals or a shift in behavioural patterns, you may need 6+ sessions
  • Or you might decide to spread regular coaching over a longer period of time to support on-going development and plans

What is having coaching like and what will I (or my team member) need to committ to?

Development coaching is about having a dedicated time and space to work on the areas that are important to you and that will help you to make the progress you want.  It involves being open to new perspectives, considering different options, committing to your identified actions and reviewing your learning.

Where does the coaching take place?

I often work in the Brighton area but may be able to venture beyond my favourite city!  I also coach via Zoom.

This coaching is tailored to you, so please contact me to discuss what you are looking for and how I can help.
