Career coaching is a powerful and stimulating investment in yourself, and requires a commitment from you in terms of time, energy and finance. Based on what clients tell me, and my personal experience of having a career coach, this is well worth the long-lasting positive impact it can have on your life.

It begins with a FREE consultation where we can get to know each other a bit and discuss your interest in career coaching and what you would like to achieve. This also enables me to recommend the right coaching plan for you. Clients have said that making this first point of contact often feels like a catalyst for change.

Where and when are the coaching sessions?

I meet with people either face to face in the Brighton area or virtually via Zoom or phone. Sessions are normally one hour long and take place during the day or occasional evenings.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on what you would like to achieve and your current situation.  To complete the FireworkTM career change programme takes an average of 12 sessions, but I also offer tailored options to suit different budget and requirements.

What does coaching feel like?

Coaching feels different for everyone.  It involves having a dedicated and focused space to think out loud and can feel thought provoking, stimulating, empowering, supportive and challenging.  Sometimes it feels slow as your thoughts percolate and you gradually develop new insights.  Other times it feels fast as clarity builds and you are motivated by your progress.  People often say being properly listened to, without judgement, offers a sense of relief and that having a coach helps them to hold themself to account.

What if I want to stop my coaching sessions?

I offer a pay as you go service and don’t do long term contracts, so you can let me know at any point if you want to pause or stop your coaching meetings.

Please contact me to find out more.

I also offer Coaching Gift Vouchers; a great present to give someone who is longing for a change in their working life….or drop a hint to your nearest and dearest if you would like to receive one!
